We aim to make returns simple, fair, and hassle-free. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return most items within 120 days.

How Returns Work

• Prepaid Return Label: Available for $7.99 (deducted from your refund), valid for domestic U.S. returns via USPS or FedEx (depending on weight).

• Proof of Purchase Required: Only the original purchaser may return an item.

• Refund Method:

  • Items returned within 45 days → refunded to the original payment method.

  • Items returned after 45 days → refunded as store credit via a SweattnBullets Gift Card.

• Condition: Items must be in resalable condition. A 15% restocking fee may apply for items that are damaged, altered, or not in their original packaging.

• Guarantee: SweattnBullets-branded products are covered by our Forever Guarantee, with a few exceptions.

• Exclusions: Misused items, products that are non-returnable by law, perishables after 30 days, or items without proof of purchase will be returned at your expense.

• Right to Decline: All returns are inspected. SweattnBullets LLC reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges.

Is there a restocking fee?
Yes, 15% may be applied if items are not in original, resalable condition.

Is there a fee for return labels?
Yes, $7.99 (domestic only), unless the return is due to our error (wrong item or defective product).

Do you provide labels for international orders?
No. Customers are responsible for arranging and covering return shipping. We recommend a trackable method; SweattnBullets is not responsible for lost or delayed returns.

What if my return requires freight shipping?
Customers must arrange their own return shipping for oversized or heavy items.

How should I package my return?

• Use the original shipping box if possible.

• Do not attach labels directly to product packaging—place items inside an outer box or padded envelope.

• Returns with labels attached directly to retail packaging may be charged a restocking fee.

How long do I have?

Can I return online purchases to the retail store?
Yes. Bring your invoice. Refunds may take 7–10 business days to process.

Firearm (FFL/NFA) Purchases

• All firearm and serialized sales are final once transferred to your name.

• If a transfer cannot be completed (dealer refusal, failed background check, missing paperwork), the item will be returned with a 15% restocking fee and shipping charges applied.

• NFA items: No cancellations or returns once Form 4 processing begins. If returned, a 15% restocking fee applies.

• Defects:

  • Inspect firearms before completing transfer.

  • After transfer, contact the manufacturer directly for warranty support. Firearms are considered “used” once transferred, even if unfired.

Warranty

All new firearms ship in the manufacturer’s box with warranty and accessories. Warranty claims must be made directly with the manufacturer after transfer.
